Overview
As a critical member of the FP&A team, you will partner with Global revenue organization and c-suite leaders such as CRO and CMO and their leadership teams and revenue leaders to drive planning, analysis, and overall decision support as part of the company's GTM strategy. This role requires a candidate who is highly analytical with the ability to synthesize data and make sound business recommendations to the executive staff. This includes investment strategies, revenue forecasting, and key business performance drivers. You are a proven finance professional who wants to make your mark on a growing business. You are an excellent communicator who enjoys collaborating with people who possess a diverse set of talents. You are highly motivated to persist through challenging ad hoc projects as well as cyclical planning responsibilities. You are a strong time manager and can optimally prioritize while creating space for original thinking and thoughtful analysis to support our executives.
What you will be doing
Partner with company leadership (spanning sales, marketing, customer success, partners, and operations) to provide the financial skills and tools necessary for them to accomplish their business objectives.
- Build and maintain financial and operational models that support various GTM functions, such as direct/reseller/channel deals, sales compensation plans, in B2B enterprise software space.
- Become subject matter expert on various P&L items, including bookings, commissions, royalties, and/or opex and cost of goods sold. Both hands-on and overseeing to generate insights.
- Consolidate and analyze bookings, revenue, ARR, and other key performance indicators to provide better insight into metrics spanning the revenue teams
- Be an integral member of various project teams to change/improve processes as the company evolves.
- Lead annual budgeting and reforecasting processes for the business unit, including short and long range financial and operational forecasts; build financial models and analytical tools to measure overall financial performance and communicate results to senior management
- Provide expertise for all reporting, planning, and forecasting processes, and contribute to the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and year-end financials with appropriate high-level strategic commentary
- Develop business insights and key performance indicators (KPIs) dashboards; establishing and implementing KPIs for a highly complex business group or segment. Analyze KPI trends, especially relating to financial metrics such as sales, expenditures, and profit margin; translate financial metrics into actionable insights and predictive modeling techniques that improve decision-making, performance, and business growth
- Support new business initiatives, understand and analyze new business ideas, make analytical judgments, and provide data-intensive analyses to drive meaningful change
- Collaborate with stakeholders and peers, identify opportunities to improve data integrity to enable analysis and insights. Integrate disparate sources of data using and direct the execution of various strategic and business analyses, driving cross-functional initiatives involving employees from across the organization
- Contribute to and manage to approved budget
- Collaborate with team members and cross departmental stakeholders in creation and coordination of mutual goals
- Manage and lead the direction of executing department benchmarks, protocols, and objectives.
- Develop team members; coach employees through their personal growth in functional expertise, communication skills, and ability to effectively interact with clients and peers. Assist with identifying and developing future leaders.
- Operate as a thought leader among the team; contribute significantly to the overall growth and quality of the department
- Serve as an escalation point for issues; provide guidance, resolve issues as necessary, and remove obstacles for team
- Execute on the team's strategy and ensure team projects are completed within scope, time, cost, and quality
What will make you successful
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in finance, management consulting, or similar environment.
- Prior FP&A experience in a SaaS environment preferred.
- Strategic Mindset: Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, complemented by a minimum of 8 years' experience in financial analysis/planning or a related field. Your expertise is the cornerstone of our success.

- Based on individual states' employment laws, the following details are to comply with the relevant salary posting requirements: base salary range of $114,400-$171,600 and eligible for benefits
