The Contracts Intern will work closely with the Contract Administration team assist in organizing and understanding program contracts and maintaining detailed entry within the ERP database. Position Responsibilities: * Provide support to the Sechan Contracts Team, assisting with the drafting, reviewing, organizing, and documenting of program contracts, purchase orders, and modifications. * Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and tracking deadlines. * Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand contract requirements and resolve issues. * Maintain accurate records of contracts, purchase orders, modifications, and related correspondence; assist in managing ERP entry. * Perform other duties as assigned to drive the vision, fulfill the mission, and abide by the value of this organization. Skills & Abilities: * Ability to work independently; a 'self-starter' that requires little supervision once given a task. * Possess good organizational and communication skills, enabling the candidate to work within and between integrated teams and perform a variety of tasks in a dynamic team environment. * Executes all duties in an ethical and professional manner. Qualifications: * Currently enrolled in a 4-year degree program for Business or similar field Work Environment: * Office Environment: Requires physical capability to work in an office environment including sit/stand up to 9 hours a day and use basic office tools such as a computer, copier/printer, etc. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. * Hours: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM Monday - Thursday; Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM with additional hours as needed to meet demand. Occasional off-shift hours may also be required to provide support to operations. * 9/80 work schedule. * Office located in Lititz, PA. |
