Description
The Loss Mitigation department plays an important role for our borrowers, as our main responsibility is to ensure that plans are completed timely and accurately in order for customers to receive payment assistance. The LM Onboard team works to confirm loans acquired from other servicers to ensure the transfer process is serviced seamlessly and continues in the work flow without interruption or delay. Daily job duties may include a variety of tasks such as:
Work is completed in a team environment to enable the opportunity to be cross-trained on multiple functions in the department, which may also involve intake of new loss mitigation application, sending letters and/or documents to the borrowers. Reasons to join our team include:
Position Requirements: Successful candidate will possess up to 1-year of relevant work experience or up to 3 years stable work history and be self-motivated to accomplish a high volume of work in deadline driven environment. Additionally, candidates should demonstrate:
