About the Role

Impact you will make

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in helping healthcare providers and payers recover revenue through FinThrive's Insurance Discover product. By developing deep subject matter expertise in the product lifecycle and value chain, you will effectively interpret changes and provide strategic consultation on their implications and impact.

This role is integral to high-impact initiatives, requiring a hands-on, data-driven approach and strong analytical rigor. You will leverage advanced analytics to identify gaps and opportunities within the product, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven optimizations. As a key member of the Product Optimization team, your expertise in analytics, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement will drive meaningful product enhancements and ensure continued success for our customers.

What you will do



  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Insurance Discover product, including its lifecycle, value chain, and technical and operational processes required to deliver customer value
  • Conduct advanced data analysis to extract actionable insights that inform strategic, operational, and product development decisions
  • Execute and support key initiatives to enhance the Insurance Discover product, optimize processes, and improve operational efficiency
  • Utilize data analytics techniques to analyze large, complex datasets and develop metrics to measure the impact and effectiveness of enhancements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams-including Finance, Sales, Operations, Product Management, and Technology-to drive goal achievement and maximize synergies



What you will bring



  • Bachelor's in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a Quantitative field
  • 6+ years of professional experience in a Data & Analytics role, with a focus on Product Analytics
  • Advanced SQL programming skills, with expertise in descriptive and diagnostic analysis
  • Proficiency in data visualization and storytelling using Tableau, Power BI, SSRS, or similar tools
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data-driven insights into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effectively engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong time and project management skills, with the ability to drive multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, collaborative matrix environment with minimal supervision
