Position Summary

We are seeking a seasoned customer success leader to nurture our Google Marketing Platform Tech Resale clients and grow the associated services they utilize with Kinesso to foster a profitable relationship and expand our US market. If you have a proven track record in client services, sales and a deep understanding of the Google Marketing Platform and the associated Google products/services in US market, we want to hear from you.

Purpose of this role is to effectively drive client satisfaction, operational excellence, tech projects revenue growth to fuel into IPG (our parent company) as a holding company differentiation. You'll be managing internal stakeholders across our vast holding company's network of agencies and working directly with clients in providing tailored marketing solutions to meet their unique needs. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing, excellent sales skills, and the ability to manage complex client engagements at the highest levels. Your independent and pragmatic approach will be key to achieving and exceeding sales targets. You will also need in depth understanding of the Google Marketing Platform ecosystem and how it integrates with other AdTech/Madtech systems and products.

You'll join the Alliances, Professional Services team within KINESSO. We transform data into action to drive world-class marketing activation by establishing ourselves as trusted data strategy advisors for clients, generating mutual value with internal & external partners, and delivering a continually evolving set of services.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Ensure highest levels of Customer Service for clients onboarding to the GMP Resale program, from resourcing to end-to-end effective set up and product implementations.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive client sales strategy for the Google Marketing Platform in the US market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within our company and with external prospects.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing clients, driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.
  • Present and demonstrate the value of Google Marketing Platform solutions to senior decision-makers, effectively communicating ROI and strategic benefits.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including our Global lead of Google Marketing Platform solutions to ensure fit into the global strategy, the delivery team members of Platforms & Intelligence, and client relationship owners across IPG, to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and client feedback to continuously refine sales strategies and product offerings.



Qualifications:



  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, with a significant portion spent in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong DV360/CM360/SA360 experience
  • Proven track record of success in a large holding company environment, with a deep understanding of the US market. Experience within a large agency is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of technology offerings and ability to communicate its value. Experience with the Google Marketing Platform is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and build relationships with senior decision-makers.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and independent approach.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Experience in navigating complex stakeholder networks and managing multiple priorities.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

The salary range for this position is posted below.
