Position Overview We are currently seeking a Project Manager to lead landfill management, operations, inspection, and maintenance services for the Environmental Restoration Disposal Facility (ERDF) and the Integrated Disposal Facility (IDF) at the Department of Energy (DOE) Hanford Site near Richland, Washington. The successful candidate will perform a critical role supporting DOE's cleanup mission at Hanford, the largest in the DOE complex. The PM manages a team of approximately 60 employees (20 professional and 40 craft - equipment operators, laborers, and mechanics). Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:
The position requires daily onsite presence at ERDF/IDF. The site currently operates on a 4 days per week/10 hours per day schedule (Monday - Thursday). This PM performs duties primarily in a field office setting. However, the position does require limited activities in outdoor landfill and equipment maintenance shop environments. Compensation In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Base pay is just one component of CTI's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $180,000 - $215,000 salary per year Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skillset, experience, and/or performance.
