Join USfalcon as an Intelligence Specialist, Craftsman supporting the 392 Combat Training Squadron (392 CTS) at Schriever Space Force Base, CO. In this role, you will provide expert intelligence analysis to help plan and execute high-stakes USSF exercises, ensuring Guardians are prepared for operations in contested, degraded, and operationally limited (CDO) environments. Your work will directly contribute to the success of critical mission-focused training events and exercises.

Pay: $143,000 - $153,000

Essential Duties

Intelligence Coordination & Analysis



  • Coordinate with intelligence agencies (e.g., NSIC, DIA, NSA) and research open-source and government data to assess current and emerging threats to U.S. space capabilities.
  • Analyze space-related threats, including tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs), foreign space doctrine, and decision-making processes, to develop actionable intelligence for training exercises.


Exercise Planning & Support



  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create and deliver tailored intelligence products that support the planning and execution of USSF, CCMD, and service exercises.
  • Design realistic CDO training scenarios with plausible enemy courses of action, reflecting current and future threat environments.
  • Participate in exercise working groups, planning conferences, coordination meetings, and training events as requested.


Operational Support & After Action Reporting



  • Function as part of the Exercise Control Group (ECG) and White Cell when required, providing oversight and ensuring integration of intelligence into exercise execution.
  • Capture, analyze, and report on lessons learned throughout the exercise lifecycle, facilitating debriefs and supporting After Action Report (AAR) development.
  • Produce trip reports, briefings, meeting minutes, point papers, and other documents within established deadlines.


Additional Responsibilities



  • Complete tasks as assigned by contract leadership to support the mission success of the 392 CTS.


Required Qualifications



  • 10+ years of space intelligence experience.
  • Proven experience providing direct intelligence support to operational space units.
  • Expertise in developing intelligence-based scenarios for exercise planning and execution.
  • Strong understanding of foreign space capabilities, including TTPs, decision-making processes, key decision points, and limiting factors (LIMFACs).
  • Ability to travel moderately (approximately 10-12 weeks/year).


Preferred Qualifications



  • Experience as a space systems analyst, providing intelligence support to space operations.
  • In-depth knowledge of National Intelligence Agencies and the products and databases maintained by these organizations.


Education & Certification



  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited academic institution OR additional years of experience may substitute for degree requirement.


Required Clearance



  • Top Secret/SCI clearance with Special Access Program (SAP) eligibility.


Travel



  • Estimated travel: 10-12 weeks per year.
