THE JOB:

As an Aesthetician, you will create memorable guest experiences with your welcoming smile and attentive service. By understanding each guest's unique needs and stories, you will take full ownership of their experience, creating WOW moments and lasting memories.

THE STARTING RATE: 32% Commission + 18% service charge ($60 per 60-minute session on average)

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Consistently deliver professional, friendly, and engaging service to exceed guest expectations

• Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment by adhering to all departmental and sanitation policies.

• Provide the highest level of service with the latest techniques in facials, lash and brow tinting and waxing.

• Determine each guest's needs and skin type thoughtfully to provide customized treatment recommendations.

• Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades, and retail products.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Has a High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.

• Must be 18 years old or older.

• Possesses strong customer service skills and a positive, professional attitude.

• Knowledgeable about current spa treatments, skincare, and industry trends.

• Has experience in providing personalized skincare services and recommendations.

• Self-motivated and enjoys working in a team environment.

• Adheres to safety and sanitation standards.
