Strategic Planner (Space Planner/Designer)

TRISTAR is seeking a Strategic Planner (Space Planner/Designer) for our government customer in Crane, IN - Hybrid - On base Tue, Wed, Thur, and Hybrid - Mon & Fri

• The Strategic Planner (Space Planner/Designer) will provide support services to assist our government customer in executing it facility planning and space utilization support missions

Position Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Strategic planning to include specific support concerning line and business operations departments
• As well as Asset Management and Valuation support, DD1391 Development project Concept Scopes, Project Cost Estimates, Authoritative Data updates that include Basic Facility Requirements
• Project Tracking support, Branch metrics support, Workspace Management (WSM) and Space Request Coordination Support

• Activity Based Workspace (ABW) knowledge
• Open Concept Seating Design Support
• Modernization Redesign
• Space Planning Support
• MUST be a US Citizen
• An Active Secret Clearance is required or the ability to obtain one

Education and Certifications:

• Prefer a BS degree in Interior Design with experience in corporate planning and design
