JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Responsible for supporting change initiatives within a business area.
* Will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop change management plans and communication strategies and ensure that changes are implemented efficiently and effectively.
* Will identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them, monitor and track progress of change initiatives and provide regular updates to stakeholders, and conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of changes and identify areas for improvement.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor"s degree in a related field of study and typically 1-5 years of experience
* A higher level degree may substitute for experience OR
* Related experience may be considered in lieu of required education
* Knowledge of change management principles and methodologies

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Prosci Change Management certification familiarity or experience implementing change management plans
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
