Overview

You will be responsible for evolving the strategy for infrastructure, environment, and application provisioning, deployment, and monitoring to deliver compliant, secure, scalable, and resilient solutions in a high availability cloud model. The role will include focus on managing cloud platform needs within both AWS and Colo data center locations across North America, Latin America, EMEA, and APAC regions. You will drive the profitability of the Hyland Cloud platform by engaging with product team peers and cloud engineering to identify opportunities for operational and application cost management; while driving revenue generation through value added administration, monitoring, data exchange, and cloud to cloud integration capabilities serving the needs of customers.



What you will be doing

    Engage with Customers, Sales, Services, and Support to discover the business needs of the cloud platform.
  • Develop Hyland Cloud strategy to support the needs of the business
  • Communicate Hyland Cloud strategy to executive team and cross-functional stakeholders across the organization
  • Define, manage, and prioritize the cloud platform product backlog in alignment with the needs of the business
  • Communicate the cloud platform product priorities to the cloud and product engineering and architecture leaders to collaborate on roadmap development
  • Define and communicate the Hyland Cloud roadmap to internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage cloud profitability through effective cost management and cloud revenue strategies
  • Comply with all corporate and departmental privacy and data security policies and practices, including but not limited to, Hyland's Information Systems Security Policy


What will make you successful

  • Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree in business or marketing, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the principal duties of the job
  • 7-10 years of demonstrated exceptional performance in product management or equivalent leadership role
  • Mastery level experience making data driven decisions which have enabled high growth
  • Mastery level experience with product life cycle management from conception to launch
  • Mastery level experience in technology product management
  • Experience with AWS compute services preferred
  • Strong demonstrated knowledge of the software development life cycle
  • Proven experience leading and implementing business strategic projects that produced quantifiable results
  • Demonstrated experience working with broad cross-functional teams and ability to sell ideas and plans to internal constituencies, executives, customers, and partners
  • Leads and directs the work of others, and has the ability to successfully complete tasks through others without a direct reporting relationship
  • Exceptional blend of project management, financial and technical aptitude
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to foresee potential issues within the product life cycle and plan accordingly
  • Ability to travel up to 40% (approx. 6-8 times per year)

Based on individual states' employment laws, the following details are to comply with the relevant salary posting requirements: base salary range of $184,000-277,000 and eligible for benefits
