Join our team as a Data Entry Specialist in Brea, CA! Staffmark is looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to assist with documentation scanning, data entry, and electronic filing. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a structured environment, has a strong attention to detail, and is comfortable managing large volumes of paperwork and digital documents. If you're organized and efficient, we'd love to have you on our team!

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:



  • Scan and digitize physical documents, organizing them into electronic filing systems (iTools)
  • Accurately enter and update data in company databases and document management systems
  • Review scanned documents for clarity, accuracy, and completeness
  • Follow established protocols to ensure document security and confidentiality
  • Assist with occasional administrative tasks related to documentation management




Qualifications:



  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in repetitive tasks
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage large volumes of documents
  • Basic proficiency in data entry software (i.e., iTool, SharePoint) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Previous experience with document scanning and electronic filing systems is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and stay focused on completing tasks
  • Commitment to confidentiality and data security
