As a member of the Salesforce Certification team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining role-based and product-based certifications and assessments. You will manage end-to-end certification development and will be responsible for the quality of the assessment and program. You will identify, collaborate with, and maintain relationships with key experts and stakeholders across the company and within the partner community. You will work closely in a team environment to ensure that certifications are aligned with the appropriate enablement and resources. You will contribute to the overall growth of the certification program through your involvement in projects focused on continuous improvement of the infrastructure, tools and processes, communication, and community. You will innovate on the exam development process, while maintaining standards for fairness, validity, and reliability. Job Responsibilities

For Colorado-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $115,600 to $159,000. For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $127,200 to $174,900. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
