First Line Testing Analyst

Mascoma Bank is seeking a First Line Testing Analyst to join our Retail Operations team. This position is responsible for supporting First Line Risk testing efforts within the Retail Branch Network by reviewing processes and best practices for self-identified risks, and performing periodic branch inspections. This person will partner with the First Line Testing Manager to collect and review data, and prepare reports on inspections completed in the Branch Network. The First Line Testing Analyst plays a role in minimizing operational risk through continuous improvement of business processes, policies and procedures.

This position will be in-person, based out of our office in Lebanon, NH.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of retail banking experience and a strong working knowledge of bank products. Must be flexible and willing to travel to all Mascoma branch locations. A valid driver's license is required for this role. A successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and will possess the ability to confidently present material findings to staff and upper management. Confidentiality and privacy is a must for all duties and responsibilities.

Starting pay for this position is $23.21 - $27.74 depending on experience.
