This is a hybrid role based out of our HQ office near Portland, Oregon. The expectation is for employees to be in-office 3 days or more per week, depending on business need. This in-office expectation is subject to change at business discretion.

As an Enterprise Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead, you will play a key change management role on a variety of projects, supporting end-to-end change management efforts, as well as managing and evaluating adoption. You'll apply your experience and skills, capturing and assimilating complex ideas and information in order to create clear and easy to understand messages for impacted business teams and end-users. You'll use your relationship building, collaboration, and consultation abilities to further these messages and processes with stakeholders, leaders, process owners, and team members throughout change implementation and adoption.

Your skills and experience in executive-level and strategic communications will lead our efforts in navigating organizational transformation and delivering clear, impactful messaging to senior stakeholders. This role requires a visionary thinker with exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills.In addition, you should have the ability to organize and present complex ideas and information clearly.You must be able to work effectively with executive and team leaders, project stakeholders and team members throughout the OCM process. Additionally, this role will support maintenance of CSC's enterprise organizational change management program, methodology, tools and templates as well as provide coaching and consulting to business partners on significant change initiatives at CSC.

  • Execute on integrated change management, communications and training plans for the highest priority initiatives across the global organization

  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies that align with organizational goals

  • Collaborate with executive leadership to craft and deliver strategic communications that inspire, inform, and engage

  • Identify and address communication challenges during periods of change, ensuring consistency and clarity, then measure and evaluate the effectiveness of change management and communication initiatives

  • Support management and maintenance of enterprise OCM methodology, tools and templates; update as appropriate based on industry best practices and business feedback

  • Transition communications work to functional owners following implementation including strategy and documentation, process flows, timelines and plans, key success metrics, etc.

  • Participate as part of the Change Management Community of Practice and other efforts to build change capability throughout the company, operating collaboratively with Enterprise Change Management program to ensure consistent use of tools and methodologies

  • Create change readiness materials for highly impacted individuals including communications, training, sponsor engagement, and sustainment activities

YOU ARE

  • A natural problem solver, adept at applying creativity and logic to the design of simple solutions

  • Collaborative with a knack for building productive, cross functional partnerships

  • Curious, exercising a continuous improvement focus to the evolution of change capability

  • Adept at managing multiple priorities and evolving challenges

  • Skilled in high-level communication with a broad understanding of how and when to use appropriate communication channels

YOUHAVE

  • Bachelor's degree preferred. Applied experience may be considered in lieu of degree

  • 8+ years' experience in change management and strategic communication, ideally within complex and dynamic environments

  • Applied experience in the application of agile methodologies and design thinking

  • Prosci or other change management practitioner certification - preferred

  • Demonstrated experience crafting strategic communications for leadership audiences

  • Knowledge of continuous improvement and/or change management principles

  • Global supply chain experience - preferred
