The Impact you will have:

In this role you will provide support to the Human Resources Function. This includes providing support to both internal and external customers. Support will include day to day management of tasks related to all functional areas of human resources including benefits, compensation, talent acquisition, HRIS, HR business partners, and organizational development. Your work will contribute to the overall reputation of the human resources organization.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service to internal and external customers in person, via phone, and via email.
  • Provide support to associates via phone, email or ServiceNow tickets. Utilizes available resources and knowledge articles to respond to employee inquiries.
  • Provide a variety of general support to the Human Resources department which may include document management, report generation, administrative duties and special projects.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Assist with HR compliance reporting.
  • Support onboarding activities including administration of background checks and reference calls.
  • Assist with ongoing administration of benefits and compensation activities including updating of employee facing materials, responding to employee questions and administration of Workday.
  • Provide support to the LOA function including coordination with payroll and employees.
  • Assist with technology and system testing including Workday and ServiceNow.
  • Run HR Reports from both internal systems and vendor partner systems as needed.
  • Support the management and maintenance of employee files and other records.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for employee files.
  • Learn and maintain an ongoing working knowledge of process, policies, procedures, and practices.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Experiences:

  • Baseline understanding of human resources. All relevant experience including work, education, transferable skills, and military experience will be considered.
  • Excellent computer literacy skills including intermediate knowledge of PowerPoint, Word and Excel, working knowledge of VISIO and other collaboration tools.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities at once.
  • Ability to think critically when responding to tasks and questions.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • 1+ years of work experience in human resources
  • Associate or bachelor's degree
  • Experience with HRIS systems (Workday would be preferable)
  • Prior experience with ServiceNow

Compensation and Benefits:

Pay Range: $21.00 - $26.25 - $31.50 Hourly

Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position, including skills, ability, and knowledge the selected individual is bringing to the specific job.
