Role Overview Citi's Internal Audit (IA) division provides independent assessments of the company's governance, risk management and internal control environment for key stakeholders including the Board of Directors, senior management, and Citis numerous regulators globally. IA is a change agent within Citi to enhance the control culture of Citigroup worldwide and thereby support senior management decision making around the globe. The Internal Audit Director - Technology Transformation is a senior level management position responsible for contributing to the strategic direction of Citis Internal Audit (IA) function, in coordination with the Transformation Audit team. This role is also responsible for managing multiple teams of professionals. The overall objective of this role is to direct audit activities that support a subset of technology transformation assurance, in accordance with IA standards, Citi policies, and local regulations.
