This job involves coding and abstracting medical procedures (CPT) and diagnoses (ICD-10) for physician services, ensuring accurate and complete documentation in medical records. It includes educating physicians on documentation improvements, collaborating on record attestations, and overseeing charge capture, coding, and entry for surgical cases in the practice management system. *Qualifications:* 4 years of coding experience required (2 years of experience must be in a Surgical/Ancillary Diagnostic discipline) #eastpriority25 *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $54412.00 - $87068.00/yr.
