TEKsystems has *a* *Hybrid Sales Representative **II *opportunity in *Plano, TX**.*
*Essential Duties and Responsibilities:* *The Sales Representative will assist sales team in managing customer accounts and processing orders.* * Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner. * Coordinate with other departments to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback. * Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence. * Manage a database of incoming orders - data entry required. * Follow compliance requirements for customer eligibility into payment programs EOE AA M/F/Vet/Disability. * Schedule M-F 8:00- 5:00 PM *Required Experience:* * 2+ years sales experience required. * Capability to meet deadlines and prioritize workload * Exceptional attention to detail and excellent time management skills. *Next Steps:** *The recruiting team will reach out to discuss next steps in 10 business days. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $19.18 - $19.18/hr.
