Job Description

As an Human Resources Intern, you will gain hands-on experience providing human resources support and case resolution within our HR Shared Service Center (HRSC). You will assist in HR functions contributing to the efficiency of our HR operations.

This role is located in Milwaukee, WI and does not provide relocation assistance.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Help provide human resources consultation and case resolution for HRSC cases.

  • Be a contact for employees and managers, resolving inquiries and partnering with Tier II Specialists, HRBP/HRG, or COE for specialty requests.

  • Support employees and managers with questions regarding HR policies, and navigating HR systems such as Workday.

  • Provide data entry support for employees through the self-service portal.

  • Fulfill document management requests.

  • Maintain high levels of customer service and manage inquiries through Workday Help

  • Receive, route, and help resolve HR inquiries within your specialty or assignment.

  • Support areas such as hiring and onboarding, employee data changes, leave of absence administration and one-time payments.

  • Maintain employee documentation - personnel file creation, retention, and deletion.

  • Contribute to diverse projects, including development projects, data analysis for insights, and others assigned.

The Essentials - You Will Have:
  • Must be pursuing a bachelor's or advanced degree from an accredited college or university

  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
  • Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (graduation date of December 2025 or later).

  • Located within 50 miles of our Headquarters in Milwaukee, WI

  • Strong interest in human resources field.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

For this role, the Base Salary Compensation is from $19 - $28/hourly. Our benefits for the US can be found here. Actual pay will be based on factors such as skills, knowledge, education, and experience.
