Construction Regional Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Plan, monitor and control all service activities to ensure alignment with the Company Mission and Core Business Values to achieve established service objectives and business unit forecasts. Prepare annual budgets for all regional service operations.
  • Select, develop and evaluate service personnel to ensure commitment, competence and human resource availability.
  • Communicate, monitor and enforce all Service Department policies in order to ensure a high level of consistency within all Service Operations.
  • Model, reinforce and monitor safe work practices to ensure that work environment hazards and lost time accidents are maintained at acceptable levels as set forth by the Recordable Injury Frequency Guidelines.
  • Analyze all monthly service financial statements.
  • Plan/prepare and facilitate when necessary, the monthly branch operational reviews.
  • Work with all lines of business within the regional branches to ensure a positive customer experience

RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management is preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years experience in the heavy equipment industry with progressive supervisory experience and/or equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
  • Knowledge of general business practices and the roles other departments play within the overall business operations of an organization; solid business acumen and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; both verbal and written.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and other position related software.
