Type: Full Time Location: CENSECFOR HQ Overtime Exempt: Yes Reports To: ARMADA HQ Security Clearance Required: Possess, or be able to obtain, a security clearance to the Secret level *****************CONTINGENT UPON AWARD***************************** The Facilities Planner/Manager is located at CENSECFOR Headquarters and serves as the primary manager and subject matter expert for all facilities planning and project management related issues for the CENSECFOR domain. In this role, the Facilities Planner/Manager provides input and technical expertise necessary to strategically plan and implement the construction, overhaul, repair, and preventative maintenance of all CENSECFOR training areas and facilities. The duties and responsibilities of the Facilities Planner/Manager require considerable interaction with Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC), members of the CENSECFOR staff, both military and government civilians, with management personnel at the various field activities, personnel at the respective contracting activities, and with vendors at the various project sites. These duties are performed on an independent basis. The subject position is a full-time position working 40 hours per week. Duties & Responsibilities:
