Project Manager, Emerging Talent

We are looking for a contract Project Manager for our client in Los Gatos, CA to lead and refine our client's internship program. This role requires a balance of operational excellence, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of what makes an intern program truly world-class.

This is a 6 month long contract based in Los Gatos, CA, 3-4x/week.

Description

• Support the execution of all aspects of the client's summer internship program, from onboarding to performance management, ensuring an exceptional experience for both interns and teams.
• Use data-driven insights to continuously improve the program, tracking Net Promoter Score (NPS), CSAT, and other key metrics to benchmark against industry-leading programs.
• Present program impact and recommendations to key stakeholders, leveraging data and storytelling to drive program enhancements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create a seamless onboarding process that sets interns up for success.
• University recruitment experience is strongly preferred.

The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $65-$75 per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
