Rad Level II

Assist physicians and allied healthcare staff in performing a variety of diagnostic and interventional cardiac/endovascular procedures. Utilize knowledge of pathophysiology to ensure patients are prepared, educated, and supported during procedures. A strong critical care experience is necessary to recognize and handle emergency situations. On-call availability is required.

• Required: 1-3 years of Critical Care experience and/or Cath Lab experience. BLS and ACLS certifications. EKG interpretation skills.
• Preferred: Previous Cath Lab experience.

• Required: Diploma or Associate's degree.
• Preferred: BSN.

• Required: NJ RN license.
• Preferred: CCRN or RCIS.

• Required: IV certification, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, flexibility, diplomacy, tact, foresight. Ability to perform well in high-stress, fast-paced environments.
• Preferred: Knowledge of sterile techniques and preparing for sterile procedures.

Bi-weekly hours: 80 hours. Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 am to 5:30 pm.
