Job Description:
* Receives mail and pulls and re-files documents and files on Institutional clients; updates tracking system on all associated activity * Check manifests for documents received from Institutional customers to the actual documents; determine if the document is a copy or original * Update tracking system with documents received either manually or by an import * Pull files/documents requested by other team members and sign them out to each individual for tracking of files; update tracking system with release information on files that have been requested by customers * Send files/documents to the correct customer * Re-file files and/or documents returned to the vault; update tracking system with return information for re-in statements of any returned files from customers to support system accuracy. MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT 30-50lbs. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.76/hr.
