Join us as our new QC Lab Technician I

This position willPerform routine and non-routine operations required in the Enzyme,Chemical and/or Microbiology laboratory by following written directions and procedures while maintaining accurate up-to-date records of all workperformed.

In this role you'll make a difference by:




  • Perform analyses and methods accurately and reliably.



  • Responsible for meeting relevant KPIs and goals.



  • Understand and properly use laboratory equipment and methods relevant to the work area.



  • Calculate and record accurate data in laboratory notebooks, LIMS, and SAP, etc.



  • Perform routine instrument maintenance and calibrations as outlined in Technical Equipment SOPs.



  • Perform basic troubleshooting techniques as outlined in SOPs.



  • Develop an understanding of production processes and products.



  • Perform job duties in a manner that supports site Quality, Safety and Environmental Policies and regulations, and contribute to improving results in these areas.



  • Individuals are expected to learn and demonstrate the company's values in their work life.



  • Follow all laboratory safety rules and good housekeeping practices.



  • Perform other duties assigned by management.



  • Participate in holiday and weekend rotation schedule(where applicable).





To succeed you must hold:

B.S. (or equivalent) in Chemistry, Microbiology, or closely related field with no additional experience necessary OR AA degree or technical degree in physical, life, or related sciences with 2 years' experience preferred.

  • Possess manual dexterity and visual acuity necessary to perform duties as outlined



  • Must be medically cleared to wear a respirator while working in the laboratory (local sites determine whether this is applicable).
