This coveted position allows you to use Excel proficiencies to create pivot tables, model data, and analyze cost scenarios; provides a platform to exhibit verbal and written abilities through the drafting of detailed job descriptions, compensation recommendations, and explanations of compensation recommendations, practices and processes: and employs your research skills to discover current trends in compensation, conduct surveys with other compensation professionals, and access real-time market data in recommending employee pay, salary structure adjustments, annual increases, and compensation practices. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Compensation, the Senior Compensation Analyst plays a key role in developing, implementing, and assessing compensation programs that support Metra's ability to attract, retain, and engage top talent in alignment with the organization's business strategy.
