Who We Are Looking For

The Dedicated Protective Intelligence Analyst serves as a full-time intelligence resource integrated into the client's existing protective intelligence and executive protection framework. Focused on supporting executive leadership (e.g., CEO, CFO), this role enhances safety, operational readiness, and situational awareness by identifying risks, monitoring sentiment, and providing actionable intelligence.

The analyst works closely with key stakeholders, including the executive protection team, security leadership, and relevant internal teams, to ensure seamless communication, coordination, and delivery of timely intelligence products. By fitting into the existing protective infrastructure, the analyst will provide consistent, high-quality support that aligns with the organization's ongoing security operations.

What You Will Work On

In your role, you will establish regular contact with the Client's executive protection team, existing protective intelligence staff, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective intelligence-sharing and ensure alignment with security priorities. Communication will be both proactive and reactive-responding to emerging concerns while regularly engaging stakeholders to identify ongoing needs.

The analyst will serve as the central point of contact for protective intelligence support, ensuring consistent communication and actionable deliverables. These deliverables include:

Travel and Event Support

Support security operations by providing tailored intelligence for both planned and ad hoc travel, as well as for significant events involving the principals. This includes:

  • Travel Risk Assessments and Advance Location Assessments: Deliver comprehensive reports on travel destinations, identifying relevant risks, situational developments, and local security concerns.
  • Event Monitoring: Proactively track planned events to identify potential disruptions or risks, including location-based threats or reputational considerations.
  • Situational Updates: Provide real-time intelligence related to travel and events, ensuring security teams are prepared to address emerging issues.

Online Monitoring and Threat Identification

You will maintain a constant awareness of risks, sentiment, and evolving situations that could impact the principals or the organization:

  • Social Media and Sentiment Monitoring: Regularly analyze mentions and activity across social media platforms, news outlets, and other public forums to assess public sentiment related to the principals. This monitoring enables the analyst to identify reputational shifts, emerging risks, and negative trends that require attention.
  • Persons of Interest (POI) Identification and Management: Proactively identify, monitor, and assess POIs who may pose a concern. POIs can be surfaced through ongoing monitoring, shared by executive protection teams, or raised directly by the principals. The analyst will coordinate with internal teams to apply foundational behavioral threat assessment principles to assess and manage these individuals appropriately.

Who You Will Work With

You will work closely with key stakeholders, including the executive protection team, security leadership, and relevant internal teams, to ensure seamless communication, coordination, and delivery of timely intelligence products. By fitting into the existing protective infrastructure, you will provide consistent, high-quality support that aligns with the organization's ongoing security operations.
