Job Opportunity: Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator

Jamboree Pediatric Dentistry is looking for a full-time Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our growing orthodontic team! We are seeking a detail-oriented, patient-focused individual who is passionate about providing excellent orthodontic care and ensuring a smooth treatment process for our patients.

Position Details:
Assist with orthodontic treatment planning and patient coordination
Educate patients and parents on treatment options, financial arrangements, and care instructions
Support the orthodontic team with scheduling and case management
Maintain a positive, welcoming environment for patients and families
Ensure accurate and efficient documentation of patient records

Requirements:
Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license
Orthodontic experience required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Bilingual preferred
Ability to travel to multiple locations, including Telephone Rd, Willowchase, 1960, and Bissonnet
Must be available to travel to Austin and Dallas for training

Work hours: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Education/Credentials:


  • A minimum of a high school degree or equivalent is required.
  • Associates degree in Business or equivalent is preferred.
  • Bilingual is preferred, but not required.
  • X-ray certification is preferred, but may obtained through the Company.

Job-related experience:


  • Experience working in a professional, medical, or dental environment with direct customer service is desired for at least three (3) years.

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate with a pleasant demeanor at all times.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with all levels of employees and public.
  • Excellent organizational skills; strong attention to detail, ability to multitask and perform job duties in a timely manner.
  • Strong computer skills, Word and Excel a must, and ability to learn new programs as needed.
  • High degree of initiative, accountability and independent judgment.
  • Communication- effective written and verbal communication is a must with all staff and management.
  • Must be able to project a capable and professional image- one that is reflective of Company Values.

Working conditions:


  • Travel between the assigned offices, if needed
  • Attend and participate in all office meetings, continuing education events and morning huddles
