POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for providing exceptional customer solutions support to both external and internal customers while effectively working with a cross-functional leadership team.

Job Duties:




  • Perform as a single point of contact for Company's transactional aerospace accounts, including commercial and cargo airlines, MROs, and brokers.
  • Provide detailed and timely status updates, repair quotations, RFQ responses, and ad-hoc customer communication as needed.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism when handling customer queries or complaints; provide appropriate solutions and alternative within the time limit; follow up with internal stake holders to ensure resolution.
  • Drive additional sales by identifying additional opportunities within assigned customer accounts and establish positive rapport with customers based on integrity, trust, and proactive communication.
  • Document and maintain data integrity of sales and customer records.
  • Own and report out on assigned metrics and KPIs.
  • Support and conform to all organization's compliance requirements, e.g., export controls, business ethics, etc.
  • Work with production / procurement / planning / quality to meet customer on-time delivery requirements.
  • Identify and recommend process and procedure improvements necessary to increase efficiencies and the customer experience.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's Degree preferred (work experience will be considered in lieu of Degree).
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or sales support.
  • Experience in Aerospace or manufacturing preferred.
  • Advanced computer skills to include Microsoft Office.
  • Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
