General Description The Office Clerical career is an hourly office position that supports the day-to-day needs of the office team, with the instruction and guidance from the Office Manager or other designated point of contact. This is an entry level position that will provide clerical support including data input. Key Duties Receptionist
- Serve as the initial point of contact for incoming clients, employees and guests.
- Answers, screens, and directs phone calls to staff; takes messages effectively
Employee Onboarding
- Assist candidates with completion of digital application(s).
- Assists employees with pre-employment documentation requirements; including CDL Drivers.
- Assists employees with onboarding/employment inquiries
Administrative/Office Support
- Receive, sort and distribute all incoming/outgoing parcels and mailings
- Material Tracking, using computer software
- Invoice Processing, using computer software
- Other office duties as assigned

Education and ExperienceThis position is typically an entry-level career; however, some experience or formal education/training is preferred.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
- (1) year of office-related duties/experience is preferred

- Infrequent ability to lift general office documents and materials, up to 10 pounds;
- Frequent vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.

- Work generally is performed in an office environment, although periodic visits to construction sites and manufacturing facilities may be required.
