Mansfield Service Partners is seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Representative based in Odessa, TX, or the surrounding area to develop and grow new customer accounts. What You'll Do:
- Develop new accounts and implement plans to grow existing accounts.
- Use CRM tools to manage leads, accounts, and sales activities.
- Utilize consultative selling techniques to identify and close opportunities.
- Build strong relationships through prospecting and networking.
- Participate in team meetings to share insights and learn from peers.
- Provide ongoing support and solutions for customers after the sale.
- Work toward achievable sales goals with performance-based incentives.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Marketing, or related fields ideal).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a sales career.
- Must permanently reside in Odessa, TX
- Ability to maintain auto liability insurance of at least $100,000/$300,000/$100,000.
