Project Manager - Level III


LOCATION: Remote

LinTech Global is looking for a candidate to join our team as a Project Manager to provide support to Cyber and User Support (US) programs for IRSCI.

Cyber and US require Project Managers to continually work with client managers and Subject Matter Experts (SME)s in support of the entire Cyber and US task areas. The individual will be responsible for leading a team in delivering support and solutions to the client using industry standards and best practices terms and conditions for the project according to the performance work statement and contract. Overall performance responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables. This includes applying techniques for planning, tracking, change control, and risk management. The individual will be responsible for the management of all resources, including subcontractors, and for establishing and maintaining an effective communication plan with the project team and the client. Provide day to day direction to the project team and regular project status and reporting to the customer.

RESPONSIBILITIES and SKILLS:



  • Track Scope, Schedule, and Budget
  • Document Key Deliverables and Associated Activities
  • Gather requirements and use cases.
  • Develop Work Breakdown Structures and Schedules - making adjustment if needed.
  • Work with CI management and SMEs to identify stakeholders and run Integrated Project Team Meetings
  • Track Risk and mitigations to risks and/or issues.
  • Complete Project Management documents
  • Provide briefings and presentations to multiple stakeholders including Sr. Managers and Executives on Project status.
  • Provide meeting agendas and meeting notes with action items and ownership and estimated timeframes of all action items.
  • Maintain alignment with the Front Office PPPM initiative.
  • Experience in CI environment a plus.
  • BS/BA in CS, CIS, or equivalent technical studies with specialized PMP (Project Management Professional) courses desirable


OTHER REQUIREMENTS:



  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of technical project/program management experience
  • Must be able to pass a background check in order to obtain an IRSCI Public Trust Security Clearance.
