Description

The Staten Island Admin Position is a multifaceted role that requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual. The role involves managing various administrative tasks and ensuring the seamless operation of multiple systems, including UKG and Therap. The role is integral to maintaining high standards of administration and support, ensuring that staff can perform their duties effectively and that the department runs smoothly. The administrator will be responsible for ISP deletions, data entry, reporting, and providing essential support to staff.

Responsibilities:



  • Create and manage Therap profilesfor newly enrolled individuals and discharge profiles for those who have left the program.


  • Enter and update pertinent informationin a database to ensure all records are current and accurate.


  • Develop proficiency in Therap modules, including running various reports and using Excel for data analysis.
  • Manage access permissionsfor staff in Therap and HRIS systems to ensure appropriate access levels.


  • Enter Day Hab schedulesinto the Therap Attendance Module to maintain accurate attendance records.


  • Use Microsoft Outlook and Teamsplatforms to share relevant information and communicate effectively with the team.


  • Upload and organize service documentationwithin the respective modules to ensure easy access and retrieval.


  • Generate and review various reports(such as Deletion reports, SEMP reports, and Billing Reminders etc.) to ensure data accuracy and completeness.


  • Review electronic records every three monthsto ensure they are audit-ready and compliant with regulations.


  • Participate in special projectsthat require data entry, reporting, and collaboration with other teams to achieve project goals.



Qualifications and Requirements



  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in a related field preferred.


  • 1+ year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.


  • Proficiency in Therap, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Power BI and Teams.


  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.


  • Ability to generate reports and analyze data effectively.



Compensation:



  • Hourly Rate $24.00 ($22,500 - $25,000 per year)



This position is in person located in the Staten Island, NY Hours are Flexible
