Vice President of B2B Marketing, Creative Excellence

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Vice President of Marketing to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that elevate the Ipsos Creative Excellence brand, drive business growth, and solidify our position as a thought leader in the industry. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of a growing service line and make a significant impact on the organization.

What you can expect to be doing:



  • Strategic Marketing Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the go-to-market strategy, encompassing paid, owned, and earned media channels.
  • Industry Partnerships: Manage and cultivate strategic partnerships with key industry organizations such as SeeHer, Effie, and the ARF to enhance brand visibility and drive thought leadership.
  • Media Relations: Foster and maintain strong relationships with relevant press contacts and industry influencers to amplify Ipsos Creative Excellence's voice and secure prominent media coverage.
  • Events and Conferences: Oversee Ipsos Creative Excellence's presence at industry events and conferences, including planning, execution, and maximizing ROI.
  • Thought Leadership and Content Creation: Tailor compelling thought leadership content across various formats (e.g., white papers, articles, presentations, social, etc) for different target audiences and platforms.
  • People Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a junior marketing professional and other junior team members who will support you in execution, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with stakeholders across the service line, including Products, Thought Leadership Content, Business Development, Central Marketing for Ipsos, and Client Advisory teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.



This might be the job for you if you have:



  • Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in a marketing leadership role.
  • Strong background in B2B marketing
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing impactful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Experience managing and nurturing relationships with industry partners and press/media contacts.
  • Strong understanding of the advertising and marketing research landscape.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

In accordance with NY/CO/CA/WA law, the estimated base salary for this role is $130,000-$140,000. Your final base salary will be determined based on several non-discriminatory factors which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.
