Operations Branch Manager

The Logistics Manager will provide oversight, planning, mentoring, supervising and evaluating of Branch team members and contracts.

Essential Job Functions:

Hire and retain a balanced staff of analysts and technicians directly involved in the continued execution of contracts with a staff of 10 technicians, analyst and engineers.

Performs planning, budgeting, staffing for the organization as well as the mentoring, supervision and evaluation of Branch team members.

ISO 9001 management QMS.

Required Skills:

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.

A High School Diploma and 14 years of experience is required in cable, harness and electronic assembly logistics manufacturing.

MRP Experience utilizing Deltek/Costpoint.

Experience in business development including responding to RFIs, developing RFPs, and participating in other BD activities.

Analyze and coordinate logistical functions related to the assigned products within the organization.

Desired Skills:

DoD MFG experience, ISO9001, AS9100.

Experience managing a minimum of 7 up to 15 personnel including daily operational performance, annual performance reviews, training, skills development, and providing resources.

Experience managing annual manufacturing orders with over $4M of revenue.

Experience with oversight to ensure effective execution of all division projects and tasks (i.e., Work Plans, Timesheets, Monthly CDRLs, Subcontract Invoicing).

Understanding MFG process requirements and documentation.

Proven ability to support business base expansion.
