The essential functions of the position include:
- Project Coordination | Assist in scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation for construction projects
- Data and Process Analysis | Review project timelines, workflows, deliverables to identify areas for improvement
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making | Support teams in troubleshooting project roadblocks and making strategic recommendations
- Stakeholder Communication | Assist in managing communication between engineers, contractors, and project managers
- Quality Control and Risk Assessment | Help monitor project progress, ensuring alignment with quality standards and deadlines
- Technology and Process Optimization | Research and implement tools to enhance efficiency in project management workflows
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Comfortable working with data, schedules, and project management software (experience with tools like Procore, Microsoft Project, Primavera, a plus).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Effective communicator with a knack for simplifying complex ideas.
- Interest in construction project management and leadership roles.
