Project Manager Intern (Construction Industry)

The essential functions of the position include:

• Project Coordination | Assist in scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation for construction projects
• Data and Process Analysis | Review project timelines, workflows, deliverables to identify areas for improvement
• Problem-Solving and Decision-Making | Support teams in troubleshooting project roadblocks and making strategic recommendations
• Stakeholder Communication | Assist in managing communication between engineers, contractors, and project managers
• Quality Control and Risk Assessment | Help monitor project progress, ensuring alignment with quality standards and deadlines
• Technology and Process Optimization | Research and implement tools to enhance efficiency in project management workflows

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Comfortable working with data, schedules, and project management software (experience with tools like Procore, Microsoft Project, Primavera, a plus).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Effective communicator with a knack for simplifying complex ideas.
• Interest in construction project management and leadership roles.
