The opportunity

You'll be driving growth for Adobe Express, all-in-one create anything app that helps millions of creators develop standout content. As a senior member of our Product Growth team, you will play a pivotal role in growing our userbase for this flagship product to the next level. You'll partner closely with data science & research to develop growth strategies steeped in user insights & data, run high-impact experiments, and implement solutions that accelerate user success & retention. Your initiatives should range from big bets that change the product's growth trajectory to quick wins that continuously remove friction for our users. You should thrive in an environment with rapid experimentation and have a strong desire to drive positive business impact.

What You'll Do

  • Drive user research and data science analyses to uncover user problems and funnel opportunities.

  • Develop data-backed growth strategies & solutions that increase user delight and retention.

  • Design & run A/B experiments to quickly iterate towards key growth metrics.

  • Partner with cross functional teams across Engineering, Design, Data to deliver growth plans and rapidly iterate.

  • Drive execution by managing trade-offs, mitigating risks, and ensuring clear communication across teams.

  • Regularly communicating growth performance and insights to senior management, informing strategic decisions.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • 6+ years of product management experience (at least 2 of which involve Growth experience).

  • Collaborative and outcome oriented - track record working across cross functional teams to launch high impact product growth initiatives that deliver step change business impact.

  • Excellent communication & organizational skills - Move forward multiple initiatives simultaneously and proactively communicate with executives and partners, across both verbal and written means.

  • Demonstrated success in fast paced and complex businesses, rapidly anticipating and adapting to shifting priorities.

  • Creative and resourceful - translate creative thought into practical action with the team and tools that you have. Your focused energy finds a way to get things done.

  • Strong analytical abilities - synthesize information from a variety of sources to make thoughtful real-time decisions and present impact to senior leaders.

  • BS BA or equivalent with 7+ years marketing, business strategy, software, high tech, or management consulting experience. M.B.A a plus.

  • Preferred experience: freemium subscription models, mobile app growth.

The U.S. pay range for this positionis $122,200 -- $234,200 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
