Import Customer Service Representative Join one of our clients as an Import CSR in a dynamic organization that specializes in full auto, boat, motorhome, and general shipping services between the United States and various European countries, the Middle East, and Central America. Position: Import Customer Service Representative Work Model: 6-Month Contract to Hire (Long-term & Permanent Opportunity) Pay Rate: $18-20/HR Depending on Experience Location: Baltimore, MD (On-site 5 days a week) Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) Responsibilities: * Remain in regular contact with the Customer to ensure excellent customer service is being provided. * Ensure all required documents for the import of the cargo have been received. * Verify and input information for ISFs and Entries. * Compile and prepare commercial documents for entry processing. * Maintain knowledge of Customs Regulations and other government agencies * Audit import documents such as entry summaries, commercial invoices, certificates of origin, and other documents supporting US imports. Requirements: * We are seeking an individual with the following characteristics: attention to detail, well-developed multi-tasking, computer skills, excellent customer service skills, and a desire to work in a team environment. * Must have 2-3 years of customer service - Call center or office experience is HIGHLY preferred. * High school diploma or equivalent required * Must be able to work in a fast-paced office. * Must work well with a team and individually. * Excellent communication and organizational skills are required.
