Purpose of the Position:As a Collection Representative you will be responsible for assisting consumers to resolve their accounts in a manner that is ethical, legal, professional, timely, and transparent. To succeed, you should enjoy a fast-paced, dynamic, customer s

  • At least 18 years of age
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 9+ months of work history (customer service experience preferred)
  • Computer and typing skills required
  • Excellent attendance
  • Self-starter with great attention to detail
  • Customer service mindset
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong work ethic

Additional Information:

  • Training: CBE provides 3 weeks of paidtraining, no call center experience necessary!
  • Work schedule: 4 days with shifts between 8AM - 4:30PM; 1 day 9:30AM - 6PM
  • Compensation:$14.00 per hour to start, at 90 days $14.50, and at 6 months $15.00 per hour plus commissions. Commissions can pay anywhere from $300.00 to $600.00 per month, if you meet your individual and department goals.
  • Location:Positionswill be located in our Cedar Falls office.
