As we expand our AI portfolio, Product Marketing plays a vital role in turning complex innovation into clear customer value.

Role Overview:
We're looking for a strategic, execution-focused Senior Product Marketing Manager for AI to lead the marketing go-to-market strategy for Epicor's AI-powered solutions. You'll craft compelling, differentiated messaging, drive adoption, and position Epicor as a leader in AI for ERP.

This role works cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and the wider Marketing organization to shape Epicor's AI narrative-developing messaging and content for both technical (data scientists, ML engineers, technical architects) and business (C-level, Finance, Ops) audiences. You'll play a key role in thought leadership, content strategy, and global marketing influence-ensuring our AI offerings resonate across industries, company sizes, and regions.

What you will be doing:

Go-to-Market & Positioning

  • Own the marketing GTM strategy and planning for Epicor's AI-powered solutions and embedded AI capabilities.
  • Translate complex AI into differentiated, easy-to-understand messaging for both technical and business audiences across industries and company sizes, highlighting business value and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with product and industry marketing teams to deliver content, updates, and enablement materials.
  • Create and execute the go-to-market plans for product launches and releases.

Content & Digital Marketing

  • Develop high-impact content for both customer-facing and sales-facing channels-including website copy, blogs, videos, success stories, presentations, and whitepapers.

Sales Enablement & Customer Engagement

  • Create and deliversales training, competitive analysis, FAQs, and sales playbooks to empower Sales and Partners with effective AI messaging.
  • Establish aregular cadence of content updates, product announcements, and enablement sessions to ensure alignment across Sales, Partners, and Customer Success teams.
  • Engage withcustomer advisory boards and other feedback loops to ensure messaging aligns with real-world challenges and adoption drivers.
  • Represent Epicor at industry events, webinars and other customer facing activities

Thought Leadership & Marketing Innovation

  • Pilot new marketing programs and demand generation initiatives to capture AI mindshare and increase sales pipeline and product adoption.
  • Monitor trends inAI, global regulations, governance, sustainability, and ethical AI considerations to refine both positioning and product messaging in response to market shifts.
  • Build and maintain a strong digital presence across social media and industry platforms to showcase Epicor's AI capabilities.

What you will likely bring:

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience in SaaS, cloud, or enterprise software, with experience in AI/ML technologies.
  • A strong mix of technical and business skills - comfortable in engaging across marketing, product management, and engineering teams
  • Solid knowledge of modern AI technologies (ML, NLP, GenAI, RAG, prompts, etc.) and an understanding of data maturity, AI trends, and their business impact.
  • Awareness of global AI adoption trends, emerging regulations, and regional nuances that influence go-to-market strategies.
  • Proven ability to engage both technical (AI/data teams) and business (C-level, Finance, Ops) audiences with clear, compelling messaging.
  • Track record of developing and executing GTM strategies that drive awareness, pipeline growth, and product adoption-supported by strong storytelling and content creation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; experiencepresenting at conferences, webinars, and customer events.
  • A proactive, flexible mindset to fast-moving, often ambiguous environments-essential for success in the ever-changing AI market.

Range:

Minimum: $70,000 USD Maximum: $200,000 USD
