Love Encore Customer Relations / Delivery Specialist - Centennial Subaru

You will be responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction and introducing vehicle features and benefits in a manner aligning with Our Values and Subaru's highest standards.

Job Responsibilities



  • Coordinate follow-up, scheduling, and execution of Love-Encore redeliveries between 14 - 60 days after initial delivery while providing an extraordinary customer experience.
  • Present Subaru vehicle features and technology in an effective manner via video conferencing or in person.
  • Function as the subject matter expert by maintaining Subaru Foundations Certification and participating in continuing product education, attending all required training classes (including off-site meetings as requested by Subaru).
  • Improve initial satisfaction by providing a deeper understanding of the owner's new Subaru, utilizing resources such as the Dynamic Delivery Checklist, Getting Started Guides, Owner's Manual, and Subarunet.
  • Confirm daily sales appointments and reschedule missed appointments.
  • Make outbound follow up calls to sales and service guests to ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Brand Specialists for seamless positive guest experience.
  • Conduct all business with honesty, integrity and in accordance with Our Values, Code of Business Conduct and our Polices & Procedures.


Requirements



  • High school diploma or equivalent; or four to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong organizational, typing, and computer skills needed
  • Ability to build rapport and invoke trust via phone or electronic platforms
  • Effective and influential communication skills
  • Fluent in Spanish a plus
  • Is legally able to work in the United States
  • Must have a driver's license and maintain insurability (exceptions available for non-driving positions)

Pay: $18.00 per hour + commissions (earning potential $65k+ annually)
