We are currently seeking a Java and Microservices Technical Lead to join our team in Irving, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• 10 + years of experience in Java and Microservices
• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Core Java and Microservices Technical Lead to join our dynamic team.
• The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Java development and extensive experience in designing, developing, and deploying microservices. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers, providing technical guidance, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex, high-performance Java-based applications and microservices.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers, ensuring best practices and high-quality code.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, design solutions, and deliver robust software products.
  • Participate in architecture and design reviews, offering innovative solutions and improvements.
  • Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of applications through rigorous testing and optimization.
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely solutions and support.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance team performance.
• Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in Core Java development.
  • Strong expertise in designing and developing microservices using Spring Boot, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Proficiency in RESTful API design and implementation.
  • Experience with database technologies such as SQL, NoSQL, and ORM frameworks (e.g., Hibernate).
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git, CI/CD pipelines).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technical challenges.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities, with a track record of leading successful projects.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Preferred Skills:
  • Banking domain experience is a plus.
