Service Manager

Pomp's Tire Service is urgently hiring for a Service Manager. The Service Manager is a core part of Pomp's Tire Service and works with customers to scheduling services. Many of our Store Managers worked in this role.

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze tire problems and advise solutions
• Answer incoming calls and manage customer inquiries
• Assign tasks to service employees
• Assist with store inventory management
• Assist in Shop to maintain production
• Follow and collect past due accounts
• Ensure service employees are properly trained
• Maintain a clean workspace
• Additional tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Management and sales experience preferred
• Previous tire experience strongly preferred
• Automotive/mechanical skills
• Valid drivers license and ability to maintain driving record to Pomp's Tire Service standards
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and co-workers
• Ability to read and verify work order information
