Billing Assistant

Because of recent growth, Pomp's is actively searching for a Billing Assistant to join our team per the following schedule: Monday to Friday (7:00AM - 3:00PM). This individual will assist with customer account discrepancies and directly manages incoming/outgoing credit payments.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming departmental emails and calls
• Research account discrepancies
• Provide customers with documents needed to issue payment
• Index credit applications into software program
• Process after hour credit card payments
• Assist with customer refunds
• Manage departmental mail
• Additional tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Associates degree in accounting preferred
• Computer skills including Microsoft Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Confidentiality
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 10 pounds
