Description

DESCRIPTION: The mission of the Foundation to Combat Antisemitism (FCAS) is to win the hearts and minds of non-Jews and Jews through powerful positive messaging and partnerships, motivating and equipping them to be defenders of and upstanders for Jews. FCAS focuses on spreading the Blue Square and associated programs to spur action by people of all backgrounds. Working with a network of partners, FCAS leverages unique monitoring technology to drive effective rapid response to Jewish hate and all hate, in addition to proactive programs that galvanize popular support for the Jewish community.

SUMMARY: The FCAS Intern will work on special projects as assigned to assist the team with work that combats Jewish hate and all hate. This role primarily assists with data management and may have the opportunity to support various teams based on bandwidth availability.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



  1. Work collaboratively with various FCAS teams on special projects and assignments as business dictates.
  2. Support significant data cleanup, entry into Salesforce, and analysis, while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality.
  3. Support FCAS marketing and partnership activities including tasks related to current programs.
  4. Support research activities by collaborating with the FCAS Command Center team to review available data, monitor trends, draft reports, and share findings with other FCAS team members.
  5. Support the FCAS Operations team with various tasks based on bandwidth and needs.
  6. Responsible for the maintenance, creation and control of all personally identifiable information or any other information protected by any Confidentiality or Privacy Standards or Company Policies that you have access or knowledge of, including but not limited to any state or federal regulations including HIPAA.


SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES



  • This position has no supervisory responsibilities


SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS



  • Experience with Salesforce a plus, but not required.
  • Must have attention to detail and focused concentration.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and think independently.
  • Must possess strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and responsiveness.
  • Must be able to make timely decisions in the context of the workflow.
  • Must be able to adhere to process protocol and must be able to apply established protocols in a timely manner.
