Position Purpose |
The Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the Senior Project and Administrative Manager and plays a key role in scheduling and coordinating activities for the Dean of Student Affairs, Dean of Arts & Sciences, Dean of Undergraduate Programs, and the Chief Financial and Administrative Officer (
CFAO). This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. |

* Minimum of 3+ years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in higher education or a similar environment.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and scheduling tools.
* Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with professionalism in handling confidential information.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, high-energy environment. |
Preferred Qualifications |
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field preferred.
- Experience supporting senior leadership in an academic or institutional setting.
- Familiarity with higher education administrative systems and scheduling platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate needs proactively.
