About the role
The CEG Operations Specialist role provides leadership and partnership to the CEG Team to deliver tactical support. This role takes responsibility for and accountability for key functions within the CEG Operations team, provides recommendations to guide decision-making related to Salesforce reporting, onboarding for new team members and overall project management.
What you'll do (Essential Responsibilities)
- Support the collaboration between the department and member support teams to ensure cohesive service delivery.
- Maintain department communication avenues including but not limited to email, Teams channels/chats, SharePoint sites, etc.
- Partner with cross functional teams to ensure client plan and benefit changes are processed correctly, help identify areas of improvement and coach team on correct process.
- Support the department monthly meetings and training through preparation, potential presentation delivery and follow-up.
- Report on CEG team performance metrics against team goals and provide monthly/quarterly/annual report-outs
- Works closely with the Finance team to develop data for reporting and analytics
- Partner with Marketing to execute client support campaigns
- Maintain the department onboarding tools and lead the new team member training sessions.
- Assist with the tactical portion of client related onsite meetings.
- Develop and maintain department work flows as requested.
- All other duties as assigned.
What you'll bring (Qualifications)
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- At least 3 to 5 years business experience utilizing data mining, workflow automation and other master data operations research
- Role will require heavy use of Salesforce and CPQ data - previous experience with Salesforce reporting required
- Project management experience preferred
- Ability to effectively work with ambiguity and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding critical thinking skills
- Attention to detail in problem solving and execution
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, including influencing and ability to encourage innovation
- Highly collaborative style, willingness and demonstrated ability to work in teams, proven relationship building skills
- Sound judgment and discretion, able to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
- Strong administrative/technical skills; Comfort working on a PC using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), IM/video conferencing (Teams & Zoom), and telephones efficiently.
