As the Communications Coordinator and Copy Editor you will play a critical part in ensuring the quality and consistency of internal and external communications while supporting the communications team in the development, alignment and executing of communications strategies across regions, global campaigns and website. In this role you will excel at both coordinating and supporting communications projects and providing meticulous copy editing services. You'll work closely with senior members of the global communications team including PR, AR and Internal Communications to ensure efficient workflows, maintain content pipelines, and uphold brand consistency in all external and internal communications. In this role you will have a unique view into all aspects of global communications - a perfect entry point into a communications career.

As the Communications Coordinator & Copy Editor, you will:

Copy Editing

  • Review and edit all written communications for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency.

  • Proofread marketing materials such as emails, campaigns, website content, newsletters, and presentations.

  • Maintain and update the company's editorial style guide, ensuring consistency in tone, voice, and style across all platforms.

  • Provide constructive feedback to writers to enhance the quality of content.

Press Release and Blog Support

  • Collaborate with regional communications teams on distribution and translation requirements.

  • Maintain the press release pipeline, ensuring timely submission and tracking of approvals.

Process Management

  • Maintain a Google Calendar to align teams on communications, product launches, and key announcements.

  • Educate stakeholders on communication processes to ensure timely execution and compliance.

  • Share all external content with the internal communications team for promotion across appropriate channels.

  • Organize and maintain file systems for easy access across communications.

  • Oversee Jira submissions to ensure alignment.

Content Support

  • Manage content development for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Board of Directors (BOD) meetings, including owning decks and coordinating meetings.

  • Handle blog management, including maintenance and Jira ticket submissions.

  • Support Town Hall logistics, including deck creation, Slido management, and follow-up communications.

We are excited about you if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, English, or a related field

  • 2 or more years of professional experience

  • Strong writing, proofreading and editing skills, with keen attention to detail and adherence to style guides.

  • Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences across platforms.

  • Exceptional collaboration skills, with a track record of working with cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

  • Knowledge of internal and external communications processes and best practices.

  • Strong verbal and written communications.

  • Proficiency in GSuite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and/or MSOffice Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Experience with event marketing, from concept development to execution and measurement is a plus.
