The HR Compensation Analyst Intern will be part of the Human Resources team working on a variety of employee compensation-related activities that align with the Bank's Human Resources strategy. The position will obtain hands-on experience through assigned HR projects.

The HR Compensation Analyst Intern will work in a data-driven section of the Human Resources environment with a dynamic team that will help you enhance your skills and competencies in all compensation areas. The position will work on projects that will allow the interns to utilize the principles they have learned in their educational program through hands-on real-world applications.

The internship will include working with large data sets, sensitive information, and multiple systems to gather reports and analyze data. The Compensation Intern may work collaboratively with areas both within and outside HR to complete projects that require planning, research, analysis, and communication to further the compensation philosophy of AgFirst. Additionally, the HR Compensation Analyst Intern will work independently to research and examine current compensation news, trends, and issues to provide meaningful insight that will benefit our business and the businesses of our customers.

The HR Compensation Analyst Intern will receive exposure to many various areas of the business and enhance their analytical and business acumen.

What you'll need:

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in human resource management or related discipline.

- A minimum of 3.0 GPA or above

- Be self-motivated with the aptitude and intellectual creativity to address work assignments and further develop your skillset successfully.

- Effective analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

- Strong communication skills (verbal presentation, written communication)
